I bought the tinyCam Pro app for $5 from the amazon fire tv store and it works well for letting me view all my cameras at once and cycle through them.
All you have to do is add a camera, choose wyze, put in your login info and then duplicate the newly created camera for each of your wyze cams and then change the channel in TinyCam to change which camera it displays.
I did have one issue where the app will get laggy and crash if I move around the menus too much but other than that it works well enough for a one time $5 charge.
Iâve got and luved tinycam. Though the paid version (thereâs a free version btw) doesnât add anything usable on a firestick. Not usable meaning that itâll crash the firestick and cause it to reboot. I finally tried tinycam on my PC with Bluestacks to see how it would do with a I7 4700 and 16 Gig of ram driving it, and it worked well by zooming and tracking movement and such. Only thing is that it kept the Cpu at 75-100% all the time. Even with the features turned off. Then I found NX Witness, or rather NX added Wyze RTSP support to their free software. You only need a license if you wonât to record like a NVR/DVR. It runs at 5 to 9% of Cpu load. Doesnât track and zoom, but does allow you to create panels with zoomed in sections of a cam.
Xbox is used throughout the world, connected to all a manner of screen sizes. Entertainment apps, server apps, utility apps, and social media apps are all present in the Xbox marketplace. Not to mention, a great controller to navigate menus.
This app could be used to showcase multiple video feeds at once on a big screen, along with controlling all other aspects of Wyze products, from the comfort of your couch, while someone catches up with friends in a multiplayer game. (While gaming, on screen alert that someone is at the door or the back door has been opened, all without skipping a beat in the game at hand) (Xbox always in standby, with the app open, showcasing all video feeds available). Also, dark mode to match the Xbox interface would go a long way.
