To everyone else, thank you for the smiles as I read through here! I’m still bopping around a bit (but trying to figure out where my right balance is for keeping Wyze in my life). It’s wonderful seeing all these memories and jokes here.
I have only been a Wyze 1 for just over a year (maybe 2?). In that time you continued to ensure that we have been updated, entertained, and that our feedback counts here and in the other forums and is often acted on with new updates, releases, giveways & draws, and new products.
The extended team & atmosphere (thanks to you all) you have enabled & support here over the past 6 years makes it easier for us as customers to ‘constructively’ enjoy the adventures & antics of Wyze with a few burps, bracks, and belches along the way.
Gwendolyn: Best of luck as your new adventures unfold!
Hi… I too, wish anyone that moves on from one job to another good luck. I am sure you have earned the promotion, congratulations. In the future just keep it professional (Hi everyone, it’s been a pleasure supporting your WYZE products. I am moving on from WYZE and have enjoyed assisting you with your products. If you want to continue a particular conversation with me please email me at ….). But you must understand that this isn’t your personal millennial forum. In fact 99.9% of users are coming here to get some quick or simple answers to WYZE tech support. Where have you been for the last 10 days? I hope you have been in contact with carverofchoice, he is really emotional about the time he has spent txting with you. Seriously check on him. People should not be uncomfortable with love letters type posts in this forum. This isn’t Tinder. Why should users get uncomfortable with this banter. This isn’t your company or forum it’s everyone’s. All of this is said with respect btw. Move these uncomfortable conversation to a different platform. Not everyone wants to read it.
@Mods Please check this users recent posts as she literally states
“ Also, I wasn’t aiming for professional in my letter. If you found it borderline unprofessional and gooey, then I think I actually accomplished my goals” She is using this forum for her own personal gain to accomplish her goals. I can’t even believe these conversation are happening on a Technical Support site.
@phillbran No one is required to read it. If there’s a topic you’re not interested in reading, simply click the “Watching”, “Tracking” or “Normal” button at the bottom and switch it to “Muted”. You won’t get any more notifications about the topic and it won’t appear in your latest feed.
This is not Wyze’s technical support site. That site is accessed by clicking Support at the top. This is the Wyze Community forum, a place to talk about all things related to Wyze, not just support issues. It was and is totally appropriate for Gwendolyn, after having spent six years running this forum and interacting with users here, to post a topic explaining xer decision to leave Wyze in whatever manner xe deemed appropriate.
All that said, I believe this topic has run its course and I will now be closing it. Those who wish to communicate further with Gwendolyn may do so replying to xer in other topics or sending xer a PM here by clicking xer avatar or name on any of xer replies.
