Regardless of whether I set the chime to operate all day or on a custom schedule, the settings automatically change after one or several days to a scheduled mode with an unusual time frame, such as 10:24 PM to 10:24 PM. This glitch persists across both Android and iOS platforms, necessitating repeated corrections—I’ve adjusted it dozens of times without resolution. Importantly, while the chime fails to sound during these erroneous schedule periods, I continue to receive prompt phone notifications for detected door activity.
