I have a bunch of Wyze v.3 cams at a remote location. One of them is offline. Unfortunately I am not there so I cannot do a hard reset by unplugging and plugging. I’ve rebooted the Internet modem remotely, to no avail. Is there anything else I can do?
Just a clarification. Is it just showing offline, or if you try to look at that cameras is it actually off line? The latter has been a long standing intermittent issue, and will usually clear on it’s own - however it may take anywhere between hours and weeks before it does. Sometimes a power cycle helps, but as you noted, it’s not accessible to power cycle it at this time.
Sounds like you have done pretty much al you can do remotely.
