Has anyone else had issues trying to share the Wyze Sense products with another user? Both me and my wife have an account. Shes not on the Beta whereas I am. I do this so that I can try and help the community and Wyze themselves. But for some reason I cannot for the life of me get the Wyze Sense devices that are already setup shared with her. They either keep giving me an error or say the device is already shared when its not. Anyone have some help or a post I might have missed while searching for the answer to life, the universe and everything.
Anything by chance @UserCustomerGwen help??
Let’s see what we can do! Thanks for your help with beta testing. As a quick check, is your wife checking the Messages section of the app to accept the share invitations?
I checked them for her. Nothing pops up even on her side. Verified the email and everything is correct. Shes not on the beta app. I am.
Okay, let’s try having you cancel all outstanding invitations and then share again to see if that does the trick.
I shall try that tonight. Im also redoing all the smart systems in the house as google home has been giving me issues. So Im going to reset all Wyze products and all smart home products back to factory state and then add them again as if new installs. Ill get back to you tomorrow with more information.

The problem fixed itself with a new beta wyze app being updated. Never could figure it out. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. But after the update I was able to share all of them. Now I hear a wolf howling every time the door is opened due to my wifes notification tone… lol
