Wyze Sense Entry Sensor v2

I’m planning to buy some additional batteries(CR2450) for my existing Wyze sensors v1. I found few other higher capacity batteries like CR2450H/N.
Does any know about battery required for Wyze Sense Entry Sensor v2 and Keypads?

The keypads will require 3 AA batteries, the entry sensor 1 AAA battery, and the motion sensor 2 AAA batteries

Rechargeable allow?

You could probably use rechargeable batteries, but I’m not sure if Wyze recommends it. I’ll look into it.

Thank you all for replies, this helps me to buy based on my current need.

Glad to see they are using normal batteries rather than these button types.

But when can I buy them without the monitoring since my v1 crapped out and Wyze won’t honor since I’m over the one year purchase date.

It will be some time in 2021 after the HMS ships out.

That would probably depend on the voltage of the rechargeable ones. A lot of rechargeable AA and AAA batteries are 1.2 volts instead of the usual 1.5 volts
