Wyze Outdoor Not Working

I noticed a little over a week ago that I hadn’t received any notifications from my cam outdoor. I saw that the last time I got a notification was on 9/12. Since then, I’ve noticed that the battery reading is stuck at 48% and it won’t capture any motion. Today, I found out that I can’t even connect to see anything outside after multiple attempts to connect.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Also, where do I submit logs? I created logs for my issues and it stated to go to customer support, but the bot is stupid and I keep being led in circles and I can’t seem to find an actual area to contact someone or submit any issues.
