so on the wyze app iphone my outdoor cam goes offline at around 76% battery life it says on the app. ive had it up for about a week. i take it down plug it in and it shows it was DEAD battery . i need some sort of answer cause im planning to go wired for wireless camera seems wrong .
You don’t want to go powered on the Outdoor camera because you won’t get the seal you need for weather. Best to contact Support by phone at (206) 339-9646 Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT.
