Is there a chance we could have the ability to turn off the blue light while in use? Even just a setting that every time I want to turn it off, I could do so.
At night in a pitch black room, my wife wakes up and constantly states the light is extremely bright.

I too would like to see this setting be available, the blue LED light is way too bright especially when I’m using them in a pitch black room.
Try and submit this request to the #wishlist , I’ll definitely vote for it 
A small sticker placed on it may solve your issue until a firmware update, if ever, is released.
