I having received a shipping notification or anything regarding mine shipping.
For me it’s not even so much the delay, as this was more of nice to have, but the thing that turns me off from the company itself is once again I’m still getting 0 notifications of these delays. In the other post I mentioned I didn’t get any notification of it getting pushed till August, and once again nothing about this notice of it going into September.
I’ve double checked my email numerous times, spam filter, junk mail, etc. Nothing. Checking for updates involves jumping on the forums randomly and looking in here.
@edgarpascua Agreed. They were good about it and then go dark again. They should designate someone to handle it. Transparency would go a long way to ease their tickets and forum inboxes.
