Hi. I have two Motion sensor v2. The automation set up is to send signal to two Wyze universal chimes so they should ring, using the Wyze Sense Hub. But unless I approach the sensors at 7-10 inches the motion sensors do not detect any motion, so the chimes do not ring. According to Wyze, the sensors detect motion up to 25 feet. Any advice?
I am sorry about this experience. They only things I can think of is maybe the battery or the orientation of them. If that does not work, I would recommend contacting our support team.
I changed batteries on both. Problem persist. Your technical team only tells me to unpair, pair, change batteries…. But nobody recognizes that the sensor motion devices are TERRIBLE. Do not motion.
