Wyze Motion Sensor stopped working

My motion sensor went offline, LED is complete black. I tried a new battery (and checked with a multi meter), no luck. I also tried the reset button.
The sensor did not fall or got hit, damaged.
Any other ideas? :slight_smile:

It sounds like the sensor battery completely died, then you replaced it and the sensor now doesn’t function? There’s been other reports of this issue. I haven’t seen any fixes yet.
You may be able to contact support about a replacement, but your sensor may be out of warranty.

Try disconnecting power to the cam that hosts the Sense bridge. Wait about 10 seconds, plug it back in and give it a few minutes.

I tried restarting the camera hosting the bridge. I think no matter what the red status LED on the motion sensor should come up.
