Wyze Motion Sensor v2 does not connect and time out

Can not connect Wyze Motion Sensor and time out .
Try all ways … still not work … I think wyze motion sensor died.

I had the same problem. I pulled the batteries, waited 10 seconds, reinstalled batteries. I have no idea why I had to do that, but it worked. If you wish to give that a try and want to know how to get to the batteries, please see this post:

I have done everything but never connected. I assume Wyze Motion Sensor is dead.
What should Wyze do for me?

You should contact support and request a replacement. They may ask you to try the same troubleshooting steps again just to be sure.
I have found that calling with the number @Seapup provided is the best way to contact support.
