Just another customer here, but if you post a follow-up with your order number @UserCustomerGwen may be able to step in and get you some support. She’s been very helpful on some similar threads. They are shipped from within the US but there have been some issues with availability and logistics.

When I log in to the website, it doesn’t show I purchased anything. I did manage to create a ticket. Will wait to see what happens there.
