Wyze locks - epoxy the lower knob lock?

Since the Wyze locks are only for the deadbolt how do you prevent the lower “knob” lock from being locked? I’m considering a dab of clear epoxy.

My front door only has a deadbolt lock. I have a decorative thumb push door handle.

You could find a way to keep it from locking or replace.

Thanks, I have 4 doors with 3 of the original locks and a newer bolt version on its way. I could clip the inner mechanism on the knob locks but was wondering if anyone has come up with a reversible solution, although I will likely never need to put it back… time to look for the hack saw :slight_smile:
