I’m struggling here and hoping someone can help. I need a copy of the lock unlock data from a few months ago to show a contractor that his crew were not at the job site the hours he believes they were.
After talking to customer support, I understand there isn’t an ability to download the info or view it in any meaningful way except to scroll down and take multiple screen shots of the info. Only my iPhone won’t seem to take screenshots in the app and when I put the app on my Mac computer the link to scroll to older data is below the screen and not reachable. Any suggestions?
