I have a covered and screened in patio as well as a second covered patio for my grills. Can the LED light strips go outdoors? I know they’re not waterproof but it would be in covered areas not getting rained on.
I would say there shouldn’t be an issue if the controller and AC adaptor are not exposed to the weather or humidity.
Not sure how the LEDs will respond in colder temps though. If it were me I’d give it a try,
I’ve got a 32 foot Wyze Light Strip Pro on our screen porch here in Wisconsin. Porch does have vinyl windows so that helps keeps the weather out, but the light strip has worked fine in 90+ degree heat & humidity as well as temperatures below zero. I purchased the Pro version because I figured the silicone covering would provide some protection from the elements.
