I recently reinstalled two of my oldest wise cameras. I was forced to do updates before I could use him. These updates took away the ability. to play events. When you push the play button for an event it sends you directly to the subscription page for cam plus. Even though these old cameras were neutered by the updates. Events still show up. Just fine off the memory card.
were you subscribed to Cam Plus Lite back when those cameras were active? At a certain point, you either had to subscribe to Cam Plus Lite or get a subscription. If the camera’s were deleted from your device list, when you add them back, they act as a new device and therefore no events will be recorded as you will need an SD Card.
As far as I know, Cam Plus Lite is not an available solution anymore
The UI for events from the Events tab has been that way for a long time for unsubscribed users. If you load such an event and tap the regular button without a subscription, then the app prompts you to subscribe. If you’re looking at that same loaded event snapshot but instead tap the SD Card button, then the app should navigate to the microSD card recording timeline (if you have a card installed and have been recording to that) so that you can view playback from that section of the app.
I can’t speak to the specific UI experience for Cam v1 or v2, because I don’t have those, but this was always my experience with other Cams prior to using subscriptions.

Correct as far as adding it. However, if you don’t cancel it, it is still usable. If you have another subscription for CamPlus you can’t get to Lite to add devices.
But if you cancel your CamPlus and have CamPlus lite sitting on the side as I did,
Once I cancelled CamPlus Unlimited all the cameras were on CamPlus lite currently 27 cams mostly V3 a few V2 and 1 V3 pan
