I currently have Cam Unlimited plan
I want to add Home Monitoring

What is diff between Wyze Home Monitoring vs Cam Unlimited Pro?

Can I upgrade to Cam Unlimited Pro and get both or do I need to cancel Unlimited plan then get Home monitoring? I started the Cam Unlimited plan beginning of April (One year)

Home monitoring and Unlimited Pro are both professionally monitored services. Unlimited Pro is a camera only service. Home monitoring only uses the hub and sensors. They are mutually exclusive. You can use Cam Unlimited with Home Monitoring, but not with Pro.

so if I want to use both – I would need to add Home Monitoring to my existing Unlimited ?
and they are separate but work together.?
But I can not add monitoring to PRO period?

Pro and Home Monitoring are mutually exclusive and DO NOT work together at all. What exactly do you want from Home Monitoring? Pro and Monitoring both use NoonLight as a professional monitoring service to handle alarms.

The only catch is that the unlimited plan does NOT allow you to turn off the chimes for the door sensors. You are stuck with the sounds.

Maybe I am not asking the correct question

I have the mid tier Unlimited Cam Plan currently

  • I have 9 assorted cameras
  • have 3 door digital door locks
  • That all works fine with current plan

I also have

  • 3 door sensors
  • 1 sensor hub
  • 2 key pads
  • NO HMS so the this part has very little use

What I want is either ONE PLAN or two plans to incorporate all of that in the same app

So if for example the system is armed and the door is opened the alarm is triggered and services are dispatched unless canceled

There isn’t a single plan that will incorporate all your devices. Cam Unlimited will provide alerts, to you, for motion, people, etc. Home Monitoring would incorporate your door sensors and keypads with monitoring and dispatch by NoonLight. You can also get alerts from the sensors via the app, without a monitoring subscription, but the keypads are useless.
