The HEPA filter in the Handheld vacuum is supposed to be washable, so I washed mine and let it completely dry overnight. I haven’t used it in a few weeks and pulled it out today to use and I discovered that the HEPA filter was covered in black mold. The filter feels like paper, which would make it not washable and would explain why it has mold. This becomes a pointless product if the filter has to be replaced so soon! Has anyone else had this issue?
