My chime was just fine before, but since I updated the chime is frighteningly loud, and I can’t figure out how to adjust the volume. Any ideas for me?

To adjust the chime volume
Go into The door bell in the wyze app
Click the settings gear at the top right
Go to accessories
Wyze Chime
Tunes
And adjust volume to preference

Two shots of good Irish Whiskey (Jameson) for you, one shot for the Chime (12 Gauge), that will quite it down.

Thank you so much. With your instructions, I was able to easily change the volume…as a bonus, I also changed the tone; I didn’t know that was possible.

Dude!!! Mine sounds like it’sabout to blow out the dang speaker on level 2… IDK what happened to the software, but it’s scary af whenever someone rings the doorbell now

Try a piece of tape over the business end of the speaker. That always worked when my young son’s electronic toys were unbearably loud for our space.

Can confirm, after update it’s like a Metallica concert! I’ll temporarily have to hide it in the utility room with the door closed until Wyze patches this.
