Did you ever get this solved, does it still do it? Did they send you new units?
If you are using the Wyze power block, try swapping it out for a larger one. I use power blocks from my old Samsung phone. I personally feel (with zero proof just to be completely transparent) that the Wyze V1 and V2 power blocks are too small.
