Is anyone else having issues with the cameras lagging when they are trying to connect initially and then when they finally do freeze up with zero kb/s and you have to close the app to get it to live stream again:?
I would do the following:
Go to the app and tap on Account (Bottom Right), then tap on App Settings, clear the cache. I would then Log out of the App, restart your phone and then try again by logging in and seeing if they load.
Another option would be to power cycle the cameras and see if that makes any difference. Not just a restart, remove power for about a minute and then add it back.
