Did you by any chance just swapped your cameras, V4 for v3? Same location, cord and plug? If you did that your old power supply from V3 is inadequate to power the V4. Change the power supply.
If that’s not the case, then I’m really glad I didn’t change my V3’s. Looks like V4’s are more demanding 
This is a new location. I did end up figuring out what the problem was. It is a faulty or underpowered power supply. It might have been a v4 supply. They look the same and I have many extra’s laying around. I used the one that came with the v4 and so far things are working again. So, not sure if it was bad power supply or under powered. Thanks for your suggestions.
