Wyze Cam v3 - Terrible video quality for recordings/liveview

The one time I needed to view footage from my camera, all I get is a blurry mess. What is up with this? I have it set to HD from the app and it’s Continuous Recording to microSD card. When playback (from app or from my computer) everything is pixelated and massively compressed impossible to zoom in for more detail. Is this thing even recording in HD? Even live view is terrible.

Does anyone know if there is anything that can be done to fix? If not is there any fix on the horizon via firmware update? I might have o switch to another brand of camera because of this.

Can you post an example snippet of a video that is having this porblem? It might help for us to figure out if we have seen anything similar from others and possibly what they did to resolve it if anything.

I do see a pretty pronounced loss of resolution under low light conditions. Yes, post a sample.

Here is one of the clips from the SD card.

Compared to Arlo cam I tried, this is not HD at all. If Arlo had capability to save to SD card I would have chosen that instead. This is unacceptable.
