Wyze Cam v3 - no live view in Alexa app

I have two WyzeCam v3 (each one bought at different time) connected to Wyze app and to Alexa. They both work fine in Wyze app, but only one has live view in Alexa. The settings of both of them are identical, and I tried anything I could think of to get it working, but no luck. Doesn’t matter what I do, one always has a live view, the other doesn’t.
I contacted Wyze support, but so far, haven’t gotten any solution from them.
Did anyone have a same issue, and if you solved the problem, what was your solution?

I experienced this before The solution that worked for me was to remove the problem camera from the Alexa app (settings for that specific camera) and then simply reinstall. Alexa app wil recognize it as the same camera. It takes less than 5 minutes. I forgot to mention that in my case I also updated my Alexa app.
