In the past month or so one of my Cam v2’s has stopped recording any events. I had it set for only smart detection (I have Cam plus) but changed it to record any motion and it still records nothing. Live video is working.
I’ve cycled the power, reset services… nothing. I’ve sent the message to support as well but no response. I don’t know that there’s a log to send.
Any thoughts? I have 3 other cameras that have continued to work normally.
