I have 2 Wyze Cam V2 and had person detection on it for free bc I purchased these cameras a long time ago. I just got a new router in the house and reconnected the cameras to new router and I lost person detection. I only have sound and motion detection. Can someone explain.
It should still work so long as you toggle it on (they renamed it to “AI” in newer versions of the app). You’re still using the original Wyze account, correct?
yes. i found it…its under subscriptions (even though I am not paying for anything) and its called Person Detection (People). thanks
