I know that the Wyze Cam v2 has 4 infrared LEDs.
Before, I was able to see all 4 on while the camera was in darkness but now it seems like only the 2 upper LEDs are on. I have tried restarting the camera and have the latest firmware version. Cellphone camera confirmed that only the 2 upper LEDs are on. Any ideas what might be causing this issue?
Hardware failure (LEDs, control/power circuit, etc.). Nothing is forever.

at least you have 2 working, on two of my cameras all 4 went bad, one shortly after the warranty lapsed
