I have an Iphone 8 plus. It was connecting, but I upgraded my internet and now it won’t connect at all.
Does your new Internet have the same 2.4 GHz Network name (SSID) and password as the previous network?
If not you need to set your camera up as new on the new network. Don’t delete from the app, just press the set up button and set it up again.
I tried it the way you suggested and it still didn’t work. I am going buy another brand of cameras.
