I am trying to set up automation to turn light on if person viewed by cam. It will work with motion but not person. It keeps giving a warning. I have tried several different Wyze cam types … same error when person selected in automations as trigger.
I am on Can unlimited Pro and have tried recreating automation several times. As well as restarting cams and app. I also have same issue from iPad and iPhone. I have also tried adding a time restriction and an additional action and changed lights ..
ifI click on the yellow triangle this is the message. When I open the automation nothing is highlighted to fix. I tried changing each item. When I changed from person to motion, the error msg went away. I get the same error message if I choose pet instead of person.
