Wyze Cam Pan v3 Suggestions

Couple of suggestions for the development team. Have the ability to schedule pan and motion tracking under rules. I would like to turn on the panning capability at night only as to not wear out the motor.

It would be nice to also set the pan interval rather than having it hard coded to 10 seconds
