Wyze Cam outdoor v2 won't connect to mobile data

My cam won’t connect using my phone’s mobile data. All my firmware is up to date. My upload speed is good. I have the apps permission set to use mobile data. I’m using Android and I’m on the T-mobile network. I’m starting to think wyze has an issue with T-mobile.
I’m at my wits end.

Thanks for replying. The issue was not with being able to receive notifications. The issue was that I could not connect to a live stream on mobile data.
I luckily was able to fix it. I posted how above.

I was able to fix it by unplugging the Ethernet cord on the base from the router and by connecting to WiFi. Then plugging the base back and entering the wifi password and connecting it back to the router.
Now I’m able to see the live stream using mobile data.

Sorry about that, had too many windows open and posted to the wrong one. Been one of those days.
