  • Wyze Cam Outdoor: 4.17.1. 56

  • Wyze Base Station: 4.16.1. 27

What’s New:

  • Adjusted the image sensitivity so that it’s easier to trigger motion when the sensitivity is set to low (around 10)

  • Removed the push notification when the camera is fully charged

  • Disabled the DHCP server while the base station is not pairing or in Travel Mode

What’s New:

  • Fixed a bug that caused the headphones to reboot during calls

  • Improved the auto-pause algorithm

Suggested Test Areas (optional and for alpha/beta only):

  • Take calls on the headphones with two devices connected to them at the same time

  • Auto-pause and auto-resume when you take off and take on the headphones

I may need to roll back one of my WCOs. It apparently failed upgrade but even though not seeing updated camera version the base station upgraded anyway. I’ll try a power cycle first… it is at a remote location so won’t know until next weekend.

Another oddity… affect cameras shows up as “This device is offline”…clicking on it gets to video (3/3). Device info for cameras shows active signal strength and you can attempt another firmware update but it doesn’t work though.

EDIT: It finally pushed through the firmware and reconnected. Impressed it recovered on it’s own.
