Wyze Cam Outdoor Base Station Offline

Recently updated firmware on both the camera and the base station. I noticed today that the base station was offline, with a blue rapidly flashing LED. Power cycled it but it’s still offline. I submitted a logfile to Wyze support (Log ID 41527).

Any suggestions?

@jimfaust You may want to double check your ethernet cable connection to the base station on each end and restart the router.

Power down the main internet router, wait 10 minutes and power up. Did you get a Support Case number?

Thanks. Rebooting the router along with the base station fixed it.

The router reboot fixed it. I hadn’t created a support case yet.
