I wasn’t saying that Wyze is blaming the customer. I was relying to ssumerlin who insinuated it was basically my fault because I didn’t check it within the warranty period and Wyze holds no responsibility after the warranty. I don’t agree with that 100%. Because in this case it wasn’t a defect or it just stopped working, it was assembled incorrectly and is a less expensive camera than what I paid for.
My hope would be that at the very least they sell me a Telephoto camera at say half price and let me keep this camera but somehow fix it so I can access the spotlight on it. I could live with that solution. Or even just give me their latest camera the V4
