Good afternoon, I have a Wyze cam OG and I put into setup and it says “ready to connect” then it will say “bluetooth connection error” and the app will say pairing failed. If anyone has had this happen please let me know what I need to do, Thank you
Try temporarily disconnecting all other bluetooth devices from your phone (and obviously make sure bluetooth is enabled on your phone).
