Wyze cam not working at all

i have few days a wyze cam v2.After installing it and working pretty fine,then i had to upgrade the firmware…so i did!Then after 2 hours the camera stop working just like that.I can’t reset because there is no reaction from led…no blinking,no colour nothing.I changed cable…i changed the power brick and still nothing…the problem is that i can not get in contact with wyze cause i am from Greece…and as i looked over i can get in contact only by telephone
