Wyze Cam latest APP Update -- 30 Sec - forward /reverse No working

Yes, I came just to visit and post about the issue experienced with the lastest update, never thinking i would get somewhat piled on, just for my initial post, and then be told I am being selfish. because of the way I posted it.

If you’d answer those who are trying to help this topic wouldn’t devolve.

Although many of us run the app under an emulator (I’m running it under native Windows 11 Android emulator and Ubuntu and BlueStacks), it isn’t a supported configuration. We do help each other on this forum when encountering issues, and sometimes (rarely) a Wyze dev jumps in to help, but this forum isn’t substitute for Wyze Customer Support. The biggest issue is that calling Support will most likely lead to a dead end for 2 reasons; your configuration isn’t supported and all of the emulator-related wishlist requests have been shot down.

I did answer/post it initially

Latest releases of Firmware & Software builds
And I dont install Beta builds, as most people dont.

The Forward / Reverse issue after the latest APP build, is not such a big deal/show stopper , I will wait until they release their next update.

As you have mentioned, Wyze Support rarely every reads the posts, so really anyone posting issues, shouldn’t expect a fix from Wyze anyway.

In reality, I really shouldn’t have made my initial post, since it is related to the latest software release issue, there is nothing anyone on the Forum could do to fix it, as they are not the Wyze software developers/coders.

Also as you mentioned, Wyze doesn’t support Emulators, and one of the 2 devices I have the 30 sec Forward /Reverse issue the Wyze APP is running on an Emulator (It worked fine on the emulator since installed, but the most recent APP release, 30 Sec Forward /Reverse does not advance video)

So in short I shouldn’t have posted the issue, and just wait for future Wyze updates, that will fix it,
