Earlier at least we were able to view the live feed from the cameras when integrated with Google Home app.
Now we can’t view or perform any other tasks like turning on/off or use any other features.
Google Home initially used to block a lot of features in 2023 but that has changed in 2024 it’s high time that Wyze starts providing those options through Google Home app.
I am still able to use Google Home with all my cameras. I use it pretty much every day for several hours straight. Sometimes I forget about it and it streams a camera for days straight (google home is currently streaming my toddler cam right now)
Having said that, I can’t turn the camera power on or off, though I can do triggers for when the camera turns on or off.
I think it’s always worked this way. I’ve been nagging Wyze to add more Google home support since Google launch new feature support last summer. I can’t believe they didn’t add any of the new stuff yet.
