Greetings.
I was pulling my hair out because the Wyze Buds Pro would connect using bluetooth to my Windows 10 laptop just fine, but would cut out for about 10-15 seconds on a seemingly random basis. I tried a bunch of things, but finally found a solution that worked for me.
I went to the Windows Device Manager, and expanded the “Bluetooth” category. One of the devices listed was a Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI). I discovered that if I disabled that device, my buds worked perfectly without the disconnecting.
I honestly don’t know what else that device does, so I may have unintentionally disabled some other capability, but as far as I can tell, my devices all work the same, so I’m a happy camper.
Maybe this will help someone else.
