My post stated “My camera was ordered August 1, received 3 days ago…”, meaning it was already shipped.
Please check your email spam folder and make sure your credit email didn’t get filtered out. Also, if you have multiple Wyze accounts, make sure you are checking email for the account that matches your Wyze Store account’s email address on file. If neither of these results in finding your credit email, please contact Wyze Support and provide them with your order number. Make sure you receive a Support ticket number for your session in case we need to follow up.

If you get frustrated with the support chatbot and wish to simply speak via phone, just type “Phone Number” and follow the chatbot prompts.
Update: Everything has been sorted out via email and chat. I was offered the gift card code for the promotional amount as shown above.
