I received my WYZE Band today, set it up and I have the app running in the background, however the band won’t register my heart rate. It says “Please wear the band to measure”. I have it on my wrist, as tight as it should be, however it won’t register heart rate. Anybody have any ideas?
I ended up deleting the band then reconnecting it and the heart rate is working!

I just got this device and having the same issue, i deleted and re-paired the watch, but still no luck. @StopICU33 what do i do?
