Motion detection keeps turning itself on. I turn it off and it turns itself back on. This is one of a number of changes that have been made in the app. Changes that make it more difficult to use. I can’t zoom one camera any more. Double tapping the screen changes it to a small window with some useless crap on the side. I can zoom the small window, but it’s very small. A stupid change. There’s no rhyme nor reason for these changes.
What version of the app are you using? Also what camera are you having the zoom issues on?

I just updated the app and it’s still doing the same thing. The event recording move turns itself on. I can turn it off, go back a page, come back to it and it’s back on.
The camera is a V3. A month ago, or so, I had no trouble with zooming. I just had to double tap the screen and it would zoom. Now, when I double tap, it goes to a smaller screen with motion detections on the right side. I don’t want motion detection.
Have you tried zooming by using the pinch motion on the screen?

That’s what I’ve always done. It simply doesn’t work anymore. A double tap takes me to the tiny screen with the motion crap on the right.
