Are your WCOs in a camera group?
I noticed mine won’t work in a group but if you delete them from group seem to work as a temp workaround.
Yep, mine are in a group with 9 other cameras.

No, cameras are not in a group.
As a test pull the WCOs out of that group and see if they work
Just a quick update. I logged into the general release Android app and I was able to successfully change the cooldown timer for both of my WCO devices.
This issue definitely seems to be related to the iOS app.
Happy to troubleshoot with anyone from Wyze.

Out of the group they seem to be working with the new beta firmware. In the group, still no good. Getting Error 13 on 1 and the other still sits on Getting Video Data.
