Wyze app lost all my devices, and won't connect to server

Don’t know where to post this. My scale, all my lights, my light strip, my cameras, all disappeared from the app, and now i get server connection errors. I have uninstalled the app, I have cleared the cache, I have restarted my phone. I’m now pulling my hair out.

Any ideas? It seems like a made a ,mistake trying to make my home a Wyze ecosystem home.

That almost sounds like you are either not logged in at all, or logged in with the wrong account. Do you by chance have more than one Wyze account?

We’ve seen this before. Been a while. Advice is do all of this: Log completely out of the app. That does not mean simply close it. Log out of the account on the app.
Shutdown the phone. Restart the phone. Now, open the app and log back in. Usually, the devices are back. (really never left, just was in Twilight Zone Login.

I read someone mention that he fixed his Wyze devices going offline by switching DNS from cloudflare. I have not verified this, but worth trying.

True but his/hers does not even list in the app. Odd.

I’m pleased for you this worked. We’ve seen it several times, but its so random and usually only one person reports it, we tend to forget the best solution and many forget to suggest it. Glad for you that it worked. And thank you for the feedback that it fixed it. Good to know it still works.
