This is the part I find disappointing about Beta. I know it’s my choice as a paying user to use Beta to help improve the product, but if there is no communication to Beta users, it is frustrating when the features I am paying extra for are not functional with no indication of restoration time or awareness of the issue on the devs part.
Thats the inviting part of “leave the beta” advice I was given. They don’t deserve US.
When this happens on the production side I’m requesting a credit. And if it continues to be the trend I sell my cameras and replace.
Here it’s just a ![]()
Btw this is actual beta program feedback here. Not just a complaining sesh. Wyze owns this.
That is not true…
Just look at the first poster in this thread.

If anyone thinks that someone other than Wyze employeed created a group forum on Wyze servers, on Wyze domains, they are poorly informed.
This forum was created by, monitored by, and even posted and replyed to by, Wyze employees.
They just happen to let us post here too.
Wyze can make this forum go away anytime they want as well, as it is THEIR forum, THEIR servers that THEY manage.
They LET us use it, and moderate it FOR THEM, we get what value out of it we can, but it is THEIRS.
Just a sore spot for me when people here say this is not a Wyze forum, but a user forum by users.
https://forums.wyze.com/ is not users.com, it is wyze.com…
”but they do read this. Letting your paid users who also happen to contribute to your beta testing hang without support really means that they don’t deserve US.”
Both points true.
The points I made above are moreso directed to the wyze employees or contractors involved with the beta program in general.
The regular side of the forum support seems much better.
Do they get back to you yet?
Not yet
Coming up on three weeks.
This is what I meant about the vacuum of wyze in the beta arena (pun intended heavily for those of us hung out to dry on that one).
I think I’m out. They have repeatedly shown us what their beta testers mean to them and this time I’m going to believe it.
