The app crashes whenever I select the V4 from the favourites page.
Firmware Version: 4.52.8.0648

I just tested this myself and am not experiencing this issue.
App version is 3.2.1.2
But my V4 Firmware is 4.52.9.1134
Maybe the firmware is the culprit. It is fine when I access it through the devices tab, it only crashes when I try to access it from the favourites tab

Not sure how many v4’s you have, but maybe update one of them to the newer FW and see if the issue is corrected.
I have an older iPhone, the iPhone Xs. 
I only have one V4. It’s not a deal breaker for me, just wanted to report the issue. I’ll update my iPad and see how it behaves there.
EDIT: It is fine on iPad. Maybe I should reboot my phone and see what happens?

It’s working fine now, I didn’t even rebooted the phone.
