Floodlight pro Still does not connect on cellular data on the new release Beta

Error code 15. Nothing has changed until the last 2 update. Same network same setup. All other cameras working except FLOODLIGHT PRO

Ok so disconnect power for a few minutes seems to be working after turning on power now. Try connecting 3times and it connected. Will monitor this now to see

I am on 3.13.0 ; why is play store NOTshowing an “update” to 3.14 ?

With this beta floodlight pro still don’t work on cellular data only works on WIFI

I have 4 of these spotlight cams, 2 at 1 house and 2 at another. The wifi signal shows 3 bars…both are on xfinity router. I have many other cameras on these same routers and these 4 cams are the only ones that I cannot see while on cellular but when I am on the wifi in the home, no issues at all. I keep hearing that there was a firmware update that broke them but I am not seeing anyone at wyze fixing this and I know I am not alone. Anyone have any idea what is being done with these. The cams catch whatever activity is going on, I just cant connect into it at any time to see for myself…can only look at recorded activities.

You replied to an older Beta topic but didn’t include any information about which specific Cams you’re using, what firmware is installed, and which Wyze app you’re using. I also don’t see any indication that you’ve opted into the Forum’s Beta group.

If you’re experiencing the issue that’s been discussed for a while with access to Cam Floodlight Pro while the phone is using a mobile network (not local Wi-Fi)—and especially if you are using beta apps/firmware—then you may wish to comment and provide additional detail (e.g., about your specific product, app, and firmware versions) in the more current Wyze Floodlight Pro Firmware Beta Test. 4/30/2026 and Wyze app 3.15 Beta Test 5/27/2026. I believe those have discussion about the issue you’re describing here.
