Does this fix the floodlight problem pro not working on cellular data only only on WiFi
This release does not fix the floodlight problem on cellular. Same issue
iPad OS … v2 cameras are still stretched vertically in landscape orientation. This has been 3 releases with no fix!
That needs to be fixed via a firmware release and they are still working on it.
Can you give me a screenshot showing this issue so I can take it to the team.
Thanks I just got the roll back and it’s working fine on the production release of today and firmware
2.2.1.1223
I’m not not sure what all was “bug fixed”, but now my 7 cams are slow loading again, non-loading and/or freezing. Nothing has changed except the app and this doesn’t need a reply as any attempt at gaslighting would not be appreciated.
Thank you for your info. I will stay with App version 3.13 for now.
I wish companies would stop saying “bug fixes” about an update. Why can’t they just explain what was fixed?!
I have worked in QA, etc. I can tell you that some explanations are too technical to make sense. They usually involve lines of code that would mean absolutely nothing to the average user. They often won’t even understand. Example:
Fixed a race condition where a null pointer exception occurred if a user double-tapped the submit button within 40 milliseconds while on a spotty 3G connection.
Sometimes, a “bug fix” is actually a massive security vulnerability that the company just patched. If they write: “Fixed an exploit where hackers could inject code into the login field to bypass authentication,” they are handing a roadmap to bad actors. This is especially true since many users take days or weeks to install updates and some purposely never install updates so compatibility works on older hardware or to not lose certain functionality or things they’re used to. Companies don’t want to tell bad actors things they can explore to exploit their users. Keeping it vague protects everyone.
There are other rationales related to App Store Logistics and Automation, as well as other things. In general, if it just says “bug fixes,” it almost always means the changes were deep under the hood, incredibly minor, people won’t understand the jargon of what they fixed anyway, or loosely related to security in some way.
Expect that this won’t change. Everyone does it.
I felt adventurous and updatied my Samsung tablet to App version 3.14.0.807. The Samsung tablet on Android 16 was locking up and crashing on App 3.13, so i took a chance.
So far, 3.14.0.807 is working well for my basic needs. I have not experienced a crash yet so that is a good sign.
Fast forward/rewind still not working when playing video from recorded events. The video freezes when I adjust the slider; especially videos recorded from V2 & V3 cameras. This is on iOS. I have tried uninstallreinstall the app. Didn’t help.
3.15.0(9) beta also do this on all cameras v2,v3,v4 and also floodlight and the floodlight pro also
Robot vacuum map is still busted. Doesnt’ seem to matter how many tickets or logs, y’all just aren’t going to fix it.
6/3/26 this morning, all of the og cams are notifying even when notifications are disabled for that cam. reset services doesnt help
You may want to take a look at discussion in Getting notifications from cameras that have notifications turned off.
they stopped.. thanks for the tip.
